DIY Cork Board

A DIY cork board is a super, inexpensive solution to ease paper clutter. Without a solution, paper clutter can easily take over your counters.

They also make such cute thumb tacks now that who can resist fashionable pins to hang up the important stuff.

I use mustache pins that make me smile every time I look at that busy calendar. The most recent push pins I bought from Target are the coolest white and gold animal head push pins. I also got the magnets to match.

You have to have fun hanging up papers, right?

Here’s a quick list so you can make your own DIY cork board:

  • Wood Framed Cork Board
  • Fabric
  • Nailhead trim tacks
  • Decorative items like any of these flowers
  • Hot glue
